A BBC Report on How Belarus Leader Lukashenko Was Helping Migrants Illegally Gain Access Into the European Union

It is clear that he does not care about people's lives, either these migrants, or even his own people inside of Belarus. Some have described it as using people like bullets. He just wants to get back at European nations that imposed sanctions on him.
