Paris just made a major decision regarding it's most iconic landmark and symbol of the city. Yes, the Eiffel Tower will get a new look. Or rather, the grounds around the monument will, when it gets far more green on all sides. from the Champ de Mars on one side, to the Trocadero on the other side.
