Okay, it feels weird to post anything else after our cat went missing earlier today.
However, I did more or less prepare this blog entry yesterday, with an eye towards publishing it today. So it seemed like I might as well do the finishing touches and post it anyway.
Last month, the Stones released a song for their upcoming album coming out later this month. I posted the video, as well as a review by musician Justin Hawkins. So I thought it would be worth doing this again, now that the Stones have released a second song, "Sweet Sounds Of Heaven," which features Lady Gaga and Stevie Wonder. That's an impressive array of musical talent collaborating for this song.
This one is more bluesy than "Angry," which was more rock. There is a seven minute version, and one that is a bit shorter, at five minutes.
Justin Hawkins is obviously a very gifted musician, with a good ear and feel for music. So it seemed like I could do worse than share this video of him reviewing this latest newly released Rolling Stones track from their upcoming record, set for release later this month.
