Atlanta Falcons (0-2) at Green Bay Packers (1-1)

When I saw this match-up for Thursday Night Football, admittedly I kind of rolled my eyes.
Really? The winless Falcons, who seem like serious contenders for being the worst team in the league, travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers?
Then again, you never know, right? I mean, Atlanta will not stay winless forever. At some point, they will put it all together and earn their first win. Also, let's remember that the Packers have hardly looked dominant at any point this season. After all, they lost their first game and then barely escaped with a win over the Jets last weekend.
All of that is true.
Still, it is very difficult to even imagine the Falcons having a serious chance in this game, let alone of them pulling off what might be the biggest upset so far this season, if they manage to win.
Indeed, the Packers may have some issues. But they have been a playoff team in recent years and likely will contend this season, as well.
As for the Falcons? Well...they hardly seem like legitimate contenders. And while it's not the "Frozen Tundra" yet in Wisconsin, it still feels like a forbidding place for most road teams to have to play in.
My pick: Green Bay
