Thought that this was fairly amusing.
In a satirical article, Andy Borowitz reported about how in the aftermath of Trump promising Americans $5,000 checks if they keep Republicans in power after the coming elections in November, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney offered Americans $6,000 to vote against Trump and the GOP.
Wish it were so. Although by this point, frankly, I would gladly forsake a $5,000 check simply in order to throw out the fascists and restore what remains of our democracy.
Anyway, this felt worth sharing here.
