Since finishing that Stephen Hawking book a few days ago, I have been trying to go back and publish some blog entries which I never quite got around to publishing.
Here is another one. Not perhaps the cheeriest subject. In fact, this is downright depressing. Again, Hawking felt that humanity would almost assuredly not be able to avoid the seemingly inevitable fate caused by our collective greed and stupidity.
He also mentioned that we should be scared of capitalism, which he felt was a system devouring this planet's life resources.
Depressing, perhaps. But hard to argue.
