Okay, one last blog entry to commemorate the 54th anniversary of Woodstock. Today, specifically, is the 54th anniversary of Day Three of the legendary Woodstock Music Festival.
Yes, I have written a lot about Woodstock lately.
One last time, though, today, because the three day music festival actually ended on the fourth day, with Jimi Hendrix playing a very memorable set. It included his unique and powerful interpretation of the Star-Spangled Banner.
It happened on this morning, August 18th, exactly 54 years ago today.
