The speed limit in Montana is 80 MPH, so we came upon this "Entering Wyoming " sign pretty quickly.
In fact, I might have passed it, but it was huge, so we could see it from far away.
So we pulled off to the side and snapped some pictures.
Interestingly, we never really saw a sign, big or small, welcoming us into Montana. There was a tiny sign that I saw just before this Wyoming sign informing us, matter of factly, that we were leaving the state.
But I had gotten pictures of such signs in 2018,during our trip to Yellowstone National Park, part of which is actually in Montana.
Behind this sign are the Bighorn Mountains, which are the eastern most stretch of the Rockies in Wyoming.
