
After learning of the news of the death of Bob Weird, I went looking for the post from the show that my son and I went to some years ago, when we went to see Dead and Company live at Nassau Coliseum on November 5, 2019.
As it turns out, I apparently never actually published a review of the show, which was a little shocking.
I do not remember the specifics of the show, as that was over six years ago now.
What I do remember is that I have always tried to catch as many of the former musicians who performed at the legendary Woodstock Music Festival as possible. In 2019 - the 50th anniversary of the iconic show - I saw five shows from acts that were there. Dead and Company - which of course featured surviving members of the Grateful Dead, were among those acts. In fact, I believe that they were the final show of former Woodstock acts that I saw.
These pictures were in the unpublished section. It seems like I meant to publish a review, but never quite got around to it. Today seemed like a fitting day to post at least the pictures from the show, which I very much enjoyed.
