Headlines these days really feel insane.
Literally.
And it might be about something as simple as Trump's bruised ego, or delusions of grandeur, or a distraction for his failings domestically, not to mention the ongoing scandal regarding his role in refusing to release the Epstein Files.
Frankly, I suspect that it is a bit of both.
This is what can happen when you elect an unstable and unqualified person to be the voice and face of the most powerful country in the world.
Trump wants Greenland. Of course, that is nothing new. Remember, he offered to buy Greenland during his first term. People laughed at the time.
No one is laughing anymore. Trump is threatening to use military force to seize Greenland, and has imposed tariffs on European nations who dare stand in his way.
Meanwhile, he continues to stoke divisions and hatred here at home, with his secret police force, known as ICE.
And he still is whining to anyone who will listen about how he was robbed of the Nobel Peace Prize. Which may even be less credible than his continuing claims that he was robbed of the 2020 election.
The more I see his face, the more convinced I am that this is indeed the face of insanity. He might literally start World War III because of his hurt feelings for not getting the Nobel peace Prize. meanwhile, it sure seems like he is trying to start a civil war within the country that he was elected to lead.
