Trump loves to talk about how beloved he is. How everyone in the world just absolutely loves him, everywhere, right?
The thing is, that usually is not reflected in reality.
When he arrived in Davos yesterday, there was nobody there to greet him. I am not sure that I have ever seen such an absence of even one official coming to greet such a prominent foreign head of state before.
Here's the thing: when it seems that you are bending over backwards to act in such an irresponsible manner that you seriously risk starting both an economic world war and an actual world war, then perhaps you don't deserve respect, frankly.
Take a look at this picture. And if that is not enough to convince you that this is not fake news, then take a look at the video below, which clearly shows Trump arriving in a silent and largely deserted airfield, with nobody to greet him or extend the usual signs of respect and courtesy.
This man is an absolute embarrassment.
