Saw this article this weekend. And admittedly my first reaction was more of a question than anything.

Apparently not. People in the education field as well as other fields - successful and interesting people - are starting to want to leave the United States.
Unfortunately, this is in keeping with my own belief (and I hope that I am wrong) that the worst is yet to come in this country.
It is quite terrifying. I almost felt that there has already been a serious and obviously consequential brain drain has already happened, given the trends, political and otherwise.
Yet, it appears that an even deeper and more alarming brain drain is coming in the years and decades to come.
Yikes.
